On December 21, around 2 a.m., the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office wrote on Facebook that there had been a crash. Reports say that police were called to WI-STH 131 for a single-vehicle crash.

A 20-year-old woman from Wisconsin was driving the car when she moved to avoid a deer and crashed into a ditch, according to the news release. It was said that the woman had minor injuries and was treated at the spot.

Officials say the woman was impaired and was nabbed for driving a car while drunk. The car is also thought to be a total loss, it was said.
