Carbon Reform, a Wilmington, DE-based startup constructing know-how to scale back CO2, raised $3M in Seed funding.
The spherical was led by Azolla Ventures, with participation from Virya LLC, Revolution’s Rise of the Relaxation Seed Fund, Plug and Play Ventures, Gaingels, and Preston Schell.
The corporate intends to make use of the funds to develop the group, develop amenities, and set up the primary full-scale pilot items in industrial buildings.
Co-founded by Jo Norris and Nick Martin, Carbon Reform offers a modular retrofit system, the Carbon Capsule, that diverts and purifies return air from industrial buildings, eradicating CO2, risky natural compounds, particulates, and pathogens, so the air might be safely recirculated to occupants. The Carbon Capsule integrates inside current HVAC programs.
