Sydecar, a San Francisco, CA-based onramp to enterprise capital, raised $8.3M in Seed funding.
The spherical was led by Deciens Capital, with participation from Pipeline Capital Companions, Anthemis Group, Hustle Fund VC, Mike Vaughan, Shai Goldman, Nik Milanovic, Rohini Pandhi, Daniel Khan, Samir Kaji, Karim Bhalwani, Anil D. Aggarwal, Winter Mead, Jonathan Weiner, Maia Bittner, Aaron Frank, and Hayden Simmons.
The corporate intends to make use of the funds to rent a number of new group members throughout product and engineering, buyer expertise, advertising, and operations.
Led by Nik Talreja, Founder & CEO, and David Meister, CBO, Sydecar gives a platform that permits traders to launch funding autos and navigate the various regulatory challenges of enterprise investing. The platform handles back-office operations for rising enterprise traders, automating banking, compliance, contracts, and reporting so as to take away back-office operations.
Sydecar has already supported offers from $25k to $100M for hundreds of traders.
