Uniphore, a Palo Alto, CA-based firm offering conversational AI and automation, acquired Hexagone, a Strasbourg, France-based firm providing visible and text-based knowledge to supply AI-derived insights.
The quantity of the deal was not disclosed.
As a part of the acquisition, Hexagone founder and CEO Camille Srour, PhD, Behavioral Psychology, and his staff of information scientists have joined Uniphore. The Integration of Hexagone’s expertise into Uniphore’s X platform will improve the potential to fuse all knowledge derived from laptop imaginative and prescient, pure language processing (NLP), information AI, and voice and tonal evaluation to select up behavioral and emotional cues.
The acquisition of Hexagone provides to Uniphore’s innovation portfolio, which incorporates emotion AI, no code/low code improvement and information AI. Serving prospects in a variety of industries from telecom and monetary providers to healthcare and hospitality, Uniphore additionally closed a $400M spherical of funding in 2022 at a $2.5 billion valuation.
