Whistle, a St. Louis-based worker expertise platform, raised $3.2m in seed funding.
The spherical was led by Dundee Enterprise Capital with participation from Chicago-based M25.
The corporate will use the funds to speed up the adoption of the platform and develop its portfolio of merchandise and the engineering and working groups.
Led by Drew Carter, CEO and Co-founder, and Chris Dornfeld, President and Co-founder, Whistle launched a beta model of its first two merchandise in 2021, Whistle Microlearning and Whistle Insights. Whistle Microlearning helps firms ship a curated worker expertise like onboarding and first-time supervisor coaching. Whistle Insights connects studying effectiveness to enterprise outcomes like productiveness, security, and worker retention.
