2 Killed And Shooter Dead After Shooting At Las Vegas Law Office

A shooting at an office building in Las Vegas on Monday morning killed two people, including the gunman, who turned the weapon on himself and died as well.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department informed X that they received a police call shortly after 10 a.m. local time.

According to the LAPD, the incident occurred “inside a business near Pavilion Center Drive and Charleston.”.

In a later update, the LVMPD reported that the incident inside a legal office resulted in the murder of two victims and the gunman.

The department reported on X that they evacuated the multi-story office building and hundreds of people inside during this incident. “The motive and the relationship between the victims and the shooter are under investigation.”

Sheriff Kevin McMahill said he believed there was no more threat to the larger community, but the purpose was unknown at this time.

Officers stopped traffic on Charleston Boulevard and Pavilion Center Drive while they investigated the incident.

The Associated Press reports that the victims, a man and a woman, remain unidentified. Investigators are still investigating the shooter’s identity and his relationship with the victims.
