Two young men in their 20s lost their lives in a tragic incident during a 21st birthday party in Jacinto City, Texas. The Harris County Sheriff’s Office reported that the party took a deadly turn early Saturday morning, as both men were fatally shot.
Around 50 people attended the party, which featured a live band. Sheriff Ed Gonzalez stated in a post on X that it remains unclear whether the individuals who died were partygoers or suspects.
Gunshots rang out throughout the city, leaving at least two individuals wounded. Urgently rushed to the hospital, their lives could not be saved, as confirmed by Gonzalez.
The police initially received a report stating that there was a third person who had been shot and killed. However, they have been unable to verify this information.
Officers are still at the scene, conducting an ongoing investigation.
