‘charlie’s Angels’ Actress Jean Allison Dead At 94

Jean Allison, a veteran character actress who appeared in multiple hit shows, has passed away at the age of 94, according to People magazine. Her family confirmed her death through an obituary, stating that she passed away on February 28 in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. Born on October 24, 1929, she grew up in Tarrytown, New York, and later pursued her passion for acting by studying under Sanford Meisner.

Throughout her career, Allison starred in popular shows such as Charlie’s Angels, Bonanza, Gunsmoke, Perry Mason, Starsky & Hutch, and The Waltons. She also made appearances in several films, including Edge of Fury, The Devil’s Partner, The Steagle, Bad Company, and Hardcore (1979).

Over the years, Allison was married three times. Her first husband was fellow actor Lee Philips, followed by boxing trainer Jerry Boyd, whose story served as the basis for the acclaimed 2004 film Million Dollar Baby. Her final marriage was to Phil Toorvald, with whom she had three children named Erin, Sven, and Tina. Allison is survived by her loving children.
