To ensure compliance, a receiver has been appointed to oversee the liquidation of any properties owned by Trump in the state. James is determined to secure a lifetime ban on Trump’s participation in New York’s real estate industry.
Trump has consistently maintained his innocence, asserting that the case against him is politically motivated due to his status as the GOP frontrunner for the 2024 presidential nomination.
