In his remarks, he criticized individuals suspected of committing violent crimes, referring to them as “animals.” Furthermore, he expressed concerns about unauthorized immigrants, emphasizing the potential risk of them introducing “diseases.” These remarks were made in the context of his disapproval of the large influx of immigrants crossing the southern border.
He exaggeratedly expressed concerns about the public safety risks posed by those migrants, repeatedly using the term “migrant crime.”

In a recent development, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas highlighted a Senate agreement aimed at strengthening immigration laws. Regrettably, this proposal was ultimately dismissed by Republicans who argued that it lacked the necessary measures to address the issue effectively.

“We will prioritize immigration enforcement by reallocating a significant portion of federal law enforcement resources. Additionally, we will implement a naval blockade to target the cartels and take aggressive action against them,” he declared.
