Federal Law Enforcement Raids Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Residences in Connection with Sex Trafficking Lawsuits

Federal agents have raided properties belonging to Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and local law enforcement partners, carried out law enforcement actions today as part of an ongoing investigation. A representative from Homeland Security Investigations stated, “We will share more details as they become available,” according to PEOPLE.

Amid two lawsuits alleging sex trafficking, these actions have been taken.

Federal law enforcement officials showed up at the rapper’s Los Angeles residence on Monday afternoon, with helicopters hovering above the property, according to TMZ.

FOX11 captured a video of Diddy’s sons, Justin Combs, 30, and Christian ‘King’ Combs, 25, being handcuffed outside their residence in Beverly Hills.

Combs, 54, and the LAPD have not yet responded to PEOPLE’s request for comment as of Monday.

Douglas Wigdor, the attorney representing Cassie and Jane Doe, who have previously filed lawsuits against Diddy, expressed his support for law enforcement’s efforts to prosecute those who have violated the law. In a statement to PEOPLE, Wigdor stated, “We will always support law enforcement when it seeks to hold Mr. Combs responsible for his depraved conduct.”

In recent months, Combs has been accused by five individuals of sexual assault and other similar allegations. The latest accusation came from Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a former producer and videographer for Combs, who filed a lawsuit in New York federal court on February 27. Jones claims that Combs sexually harassed, drugged, and threatened him for over a year. His lawsuit seeks $30 million in damages.

In December 2023, Combs faced another accusation of sexual assault, this time from Jane Doe, making her the fourth person to come forward. In addition to the sexual assault allegation, she also accused him of sex trafficking and gang rape. A month earlier, Joi Dickerson-Neal filed a lawsuit in New York County Supreme Court, accusing Combs of sexual assault as well. According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Liza Gardner, who was previously referred to as Jane Doe, revealed that Combs and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall took turns raping her and a friend over 30 years ago in New York City.

Diddy and Cassie Ventura were able to reach a settlement just a day after the singer filed a lawsuit against him. The lawsuit included serious allegations of rape, sex trafficking, and domestic violence that were made in November.

In December, Combs issued a statement to PEOPLE where he strongly denied all the allegations made against him.

In a recent statement, the speaker expressed their frustration and disappointment with the ongoing attacks on their character, reputation, and legacy. They emphasized that they have been observing these efforts silently for the past few weeks.

In response to the accusations made against him, the mogul firmly denies any wrongdoing, stating, “I have been faced with sickening allegations from individuals who are simply seeking financial gain. I want to make it unequivocally clear that I am innocent of the terrible things that have been alleged against me. I am determined to defend my reputation, protect my family, and uncover the truth.”
