Gallup Poll: Biden’s Approval Rating At 38%, Despite 82% Approval Among Democrats

Aiexpress – According to a recent Gallup Poll released on Friday, President Joe Biden’s approval rating has experienced a decline of three points, currently standing at 38%. The poll reveals that Biden’s numbers are below average across five distinct issues.

Among Democrats, Biden enjoys significantly higher approval ratings, with 82% expressing their support for his overall performance as president.

Biden’s approval on immigration hit its lowest point at 28%.

Biden’s approval rating in Ukraine stood at 40%, while on the Israeli-Palestinian Middle East issue, it was at 30%.

According to a statement by Gallup, President Biden’s approval rating has remained below 44% since August 2021. In fact, his average rating of 39.8% for his third year in office is the second lowest among post-World War II presidents elected to their first term.

75% of Democrats approve of the economy, while 72% approve of Biden’s handling of Ukraine. When it comes to foreign affairs, 69% of Democrats approve of Biden’s performance. On the issue of immigration, 55% of Democrats approve, and in regards to the Middle East, 51% of Democrats express their approval of Biden.

The overall results are significantly skewed by the extremely low approval ratings from Republicans on everything, according to Biden.

According to Gallup, the president’s approval ratings are at 3% on immigration, 4% on the economy, 17% on the Middle East, and 16% on Ukraine.

According to Gallup, an incumbent president typically requires a 50% approval rating in order to have the best chances of remaining in office.
