Trump Expresses Desire To See Family Of Ruby Garcia, 25-year-old Allegedly Killed By Illegal Immigrant, At Michigan Rally

Former President Donald Trump expressed his desire to have the family of Ruby Garcia present at his upcoming rally in Michigan. Ruby Garcia, a 25-year-old woman, was tragically killed by her boyfriend, who was an illegal immigrant. Trump stated that he would “love” to see the Garcia family at his rally in the Mitten State.

“I would be delighted to have her family in attendance if they wish to join,” Trump expressed during an interview with Detroit radio host Justin Barclay.

On March 22, several gunshot wounds to the head found Garcia, of Grand Rapids, dead on a highway. Brandon Ortiz-Vite, 25, later admitted to shooting Garcia in her car and turned himself in to police with blood on his clothes, according to local sources.

Trump is planning to focus on two key issues, the border and crime, during his upcoming visits to battleground states Michigan and Wisconsin. He intends to target Biden’s handling of these matters, aiming to highlight what he perceives as weaknesses in his opponent’s approach. This strategic move demonstrates Trump’s emphasis on two critical areas of concern for many Americans.

According to a spokesperson from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Ortiz-Vite, who had a romantic relationship with Garcia, had entered the US unlawfully by crossing the border with Mexico. In 2020, he was deported after being identified as an individual who was in the country illegally.

According to a representative from ICE, Brandon Ortiz-Vite, a 25-year-old Mexican citizen, first entered the United States illegally and was granted deferred action under the DACA program. However, his DACA status expired on May 10, 2019. When he was arrested on local charges on August 30, 2020, he was determined to be inadmissible under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).

According to the ERO Detroit, Ortiz-Vite was apprehended on August 31, 2020, and issued a notice to appear. An immigration judge from the Justice Department’s Executive Office of Immigration Review ordered his removal on September 24, 2020. Subsequently, he was deported to Mexico on September 29, 2020.

Ortiz-Vite entered the United States without being inspected by an immigration official, but the exact date and location are unknown.

Ortiz-Vite is facing multiple charges in Kent County, including felony murder, open murder, carjacking, carrying a concealed weapon, and using a firearm during the commission of a felony.

Family and friends of Garcia came together on Friday to attend her funeral.

In her obituary, it was mentioned that Ruby had a deep love for plants and traveling, but what truly stood out about her was her affectionate smile that could light up an entire room and her contagious laughter that could transform the atmosphere. She was known for her kind and passionate nature, always caring deeply for the people around her. Ruby’s impact on the lives of those she encountered was significant, and her absence will be felt forever.

Trump’s campaign is intensifying its messaging for the 2024 election by shifting its focus towards immigration in crucial swing states. The former president, known as the 45th president, plans to visit Michigan and Wisconsin. These two states were narrowly won by Trump in 2016 and were closely contested in 2020. The objective of these visits is to persuade voters with his proposed border policies.

According to Karoline Leavitt, a spokesperson for Trump, the current situation under Joe Biden’s administration has turned every state into a border state and every town into a border town. Leavitt claims that Biden has brought chaos, violence, and crime from all over the world and dumped it into American communities. She believes that President Trump will prioritize the safety and security of Americans in Michigan, Wisconsin, and every state in the country once again.

In a recent incident, President Trump had the opportunity to meet with the grieving family of Laken Riley. Laken, a 22-year-old nursing student from Georgia, tragically lost her life to a heinous crime committed by an illegal migrant from Venezuela. The meeting between Trump and Laken’s family brought attention to the devastating consequences of such incidents and the need for stricter immigration policies.
