The Women’s History Month Celebration was a remarkable event, held in collaboration with the Women’s Sports Foundation. It was an honor to have the presence of Billie Jean King, the founder of WSF, gracing the occasion.

Harris emphasized the importance of providing equal opportunities in sports to empower and nurture the growth of young women.

Kamala Harris emphasized the impact of the work individuals do on a daily basis, emphasizing its benefit to people irrespective of their gender. She shared a piece of advice her mother gave her, stating, “You may be the first, but make sure you are not the last.” Harris encouraged individuals to define their own identities and not allow others to dictate who they are.
