Virginia State Police have stated that a 3-year-old girl, who was reported missing from New York City, is believed to be in extreme danger and may be in Virginia.
The New York City police are currently on the lookout for Kadence France. Kadence is a 3-year-old girl who stands at 3 feet tall and weighs approximately 35 pounds. She was last seen on Saturday, December 16th at her father’s residence in Staten Island, New York. During her disappearance, Kadence was wearing a pink jacket, a black winter cap with pom poms, black leggings, and black UGG boots. The authorities are actively searching for her and seeking the assistance of the public in locating her.

Authorities believe that she is traveling with Randalae Rhodes, a 26-year-old individual who stands at 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 240 pounds. It is currently unknown what Rhodes is wearing, and they may be driving a blue Honda Accord with unknown license plates.
According to the Virginia State Police, the investigating agency has determined that this disappearance poses a credible threat to their health and safety.
The Virginia State Police issued an alert for a missing endangered child on her behalf.
