Affair Rumors Surround Georgia Prosecutor Nathan Wade As Ex-wife Alleges He Filed For Divorce Shortly After Being Hired By Fani Willis

Aiexpress – According to court documents filed on Friday, Nathan Wade’s ex-wife alleges that he filed for divorce just one day after being hired by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who he is rumored to be romantically involved with. Wade was appointed as the lead prosecutor in the Georgia election fraud case against former President Donald Trump.

According to a filing made by Joycelyn Wade with the Cobb County Superior Court, Wade quickly requested that the court seal records pertaining to the breakup.

According to the document submitted by attorney Andrea Dyer Hastings, Nathan Wade, the plaintiff, was appointed as a special prosecutor by Ms. Willis on November 1, 2021. The following day, on November 2, 2021, the plaintiff filed for divorce. On November 3, 2021, the defendant, Joycelyn Wade, was served by a process server.

The filing alleges that the plaintiff made a motion to seal the record in the divorce action even before the defendant filed her Answer and Counterclaim.

Trump co-defendant Michael Roman has accused Nathan Wade and Willis of having an “improper” and “clandestine” relationship. Roman argues that this relationship should be considered as grounds for dismissing the criminal charges against him.

In a surprising filing, Roman made a shocking claim against Nathan Wade, a private attorney from the law firm Wade & Campbell, based in Atlanta. She accused Wade of using a portion of the substantial $654,000 in legal fees he received from the Fulton County DA’s Office for his work on the Trump case to fund extravagant trips for Willis.

Willis is facing accusations of hiring Wade to assist in the prosecution of the Trump case, despite Wade’s lack of proper qualifications and experience in dealing with criminal matters.

Joycelyn Wade stated on Friday that her ex-husband never informed her about his involvement in the Trump case as an employee of Willis. She also mentioned that he never disclosed the amount of money he was earning from this appointment. As a result, she found herself with limited financial support, while he indulged in expensive trips to California, Florida, and the Caribbean with Willis.

The filing contains bank records that provide a breakdown of Nathan Wade’s travel expenditures. These records reveal that in May of last year, he spent more than $800 at the Doubletree Napa Valley American Canyon hotel. Additionally, in the previous November, he spent $3,172.20 on Norwegian Cruise Line. During the same period, he also spent $370.88 at the Hyatt Regency Aruba.

Joycelyn has filed her paperwork the day after Willis’ legal team submitted a motion to prevent the Atlanta district attorney from participating in a deposition scheduled for January 23rd in the Wade divorce case.

Willis’ legal team argued for the dismissal of the subpoena on the grounds that she would not be able to provide relevant testimony. They also claimed that the marriage between the Wades was already over in 2017, before Willis met Nathan, alleging that Joycelyn had cheated on him.

According to Hastings, Joycelyn’s alleged full-blown affair with Willis is “false.” He explains that Joycelyn was actually feeling disconnected in her marriage after Nathan Wade’s previous infidelity.

According to Hastings, Joycelyn Wade had the unfortunate experience of reconnecting with an old friend through social media. However, their communication was limited to text messages only. Hastings further argues that there was no physical meeting between the two individuals, and Wade and her husband successfully resolved this issue. This is evident from the fact that Nathan filed for divorce four years later.

According to Hastings, the allegations made by the DA raise concerns about whether Ms. Wills has the same level of intimate knowledge regarding any marital issues involving her other special prosecutors.

People seem to respond to her question of “why the one” by suggesting that she, Ms. Wills, is having an affair with him and not with anyone else.

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners made an announcement on Friday, stating that they are currently investigating allegations of misconduct by Atlanta DA, Fani Willis. Specifically, they are looking into whether Willis misused county funds and accepted valuable gifts and personal benefits from Nathan Wade. The Atlanta DA has been given until February 2nd to respond to these allegations.
