At approximately 4:35 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 8, the Riley County Police Department received a call about a disturbance at a public hot tub in Manhattan, according to the Activity Report.
The police arrested and booked Fernando Velasquez, a 31-year-old resident of Manhattan, on charges of lewd and lascivious behavior.
Velasquez is still in custody with a bail amount of $7,000 as of Monday.
