On December 14th at 10 p.m., a Patrick Street, S.E. resident visited the Vienna police station to report a domestic assault. The incident unfolded as a verbal disagreement between the resident and his girlfriend escalated, resulting in her alleged assault on him. Subsequently, the Vienna police arrested the 21-year-old woman, charging her with domestic assault. She was served with an emergency protective order and released on a $2,000 unsecured bond by authorities.
