Aiexpress – Police say that a 66-year-old man was seriously hurt when he asked a man to stop peeing on a car in the East Village. The man slashed the 66-year-old man across the neck.
The NYPD shared pictures of the suspect, but he or she was still on the run on Monday.
The victim told him to stop peeing on a car at East 14th Street and First Avenue just after 5 p.m., according to cops.
In reaction, he pulled out a box cutter and slashed the victim across the neck, police say. The wound was very deep and was bleeding.
Before EMS rushed the victim to Mount Sinai, Beth Israel, where he was reported to be in critical condition, the killer ran off on foot.
Police say that a man hurt an NYPD officer in Inwood by driving at them after they caught him urinating in public a few hours after the attack.
