Authorities in Alabama ask for public assistance in ongoing three-month hunt for escaped fugitive

Authorities in Alabama are seeking the assistance of the public in their ongoing three-month search for an escaped fugitive.

The Alabama Department of Corrections is currently searching for Ricky Lavon Lay, a 39-year-old fugitive who is wanted by the authorities.

Lay stands at a height of 5’10” and weighs approximately 175 lbs. He also sports some tattoos.
