Aiexpress – One person was killed and two were hurt in a shooting at a bar in California on Saturday, and police are searching for the person who did it.
A police news release says that around 12:15 a.m., Los Angeles police were called to a store in the San Pedro neighborhood because of reports of a shooting.
A police spokesperson told the local station KTLA that the killing took place at the Machista Bar.
According to the spokesperson, there was a fight inside the bar before the killing. “The suspect fired several times, hitting three people.”
When police arrived, they found a 33-year-old guy who had been shot and killed.
There were also shots fired at a woman 35 years old and a man 44 years old. Both of them were taken to nearby hospitals with injuries that were not life-threatening.
Police said the suspect is a Hispanic woman between the ages of 20 and 30. KTLA reported that the perimeter was checked for several hours before it was decided that she had left the area.
While authorities are looking into the killing, the suspect is still on the run.
