Country Star Luke Bryan Speaks Out After A Missouri Student Goes Missing From His Nashville Bar

Luke Bryan, the popular country music star, recently addressed the disappearance of a college student who was asked to leave his bar in Nashville last Friday.

Bryan, the owner of Luke’s 32 Bridge, took to his Instagram story to raise awareness about the disappearance of Riley Strain.

The University of Missouri student, aged 22, was enjoying a night out with his fraternity brothers on Friday 8 March. However, he mysteriously disappeared shortly after leaving the bar.

“This is really frightening,” Mr. Bryan expressed on his Instagram story. “My prayers are with him for a safe return.”

The 47-year-old singer stated that TC Restaurant Group, the owner and operator of the bar, is closely collaborating with the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department in their investigation.

The bar supplied security footage and any other relevant details that could aid in finding Riley.

Mr. Bryan, in turn, posted a screenshot of the MNPD’s plea on X, seeking assistance in locating the student.

Located in the bustling Broadway area of downtown Nashville, this bar treats its patrons to live music every night. Situated just a couple of blocks away from the picturesque Cumberland River, it offers a vibrant atmosphere for music lovers.

Riley was captured on CCTV at 9.47pm on Friday, crossing First Avenue North to Gay Street, just a short distance from the bar.

Despite their repeated attempts, his friends were unable to reach him and spent hours searching for him.

He is a 22-year-old member of the Delta Chi group at the University of Missouri, or Mizzou. Standing tall at 6-foot-5, he has a slender build, weighing 160 pounds. His striking blue eyes and blonde hair add to his distinctive appearance.

As part of their yearly excursion, he had traveled to Nashville with the group.

On Monday, the MNPD reported that their officers had conducted extensive searches both on the ground and from the air using helicopters. However, there has been no sign of Riley found thus far.
