Aiexpress – Judge Mark Musella of Bergen County said that 29-year-old Paterson resident Kewin Sepulveda “engaged in sexual activity with a person while giving a massage” at the Hand and Stone Spa in the Franklin Crossing shopping center off of Franklin Avenue. The alleged victim reported the incident to the Franklin Lakes police, who then informed his office, according to the prosecutor.
Detectives from Musella’s Special Victims Unit and the borough police conducted an investigation, which resulted in the charge of sexual assault, according to Musella.
Records show that Sepulveda, who had an unspecified outstanding warrant out of Elmwood Park, was arrested on Thursday, Jan. 18. Following his arrest, he was sent to the Bergen County Jail.
The judge ordered his release the next day, pending further court action.
