Aiexpress – Nikki Haley’s performance in the New Hampshire primary is yet to be determined, but interestingly, she has already received marriage proposals from residents of the state. However, it seems like these proposals may be coming from the wrong set of voters.
During a rally on Monday, Haley encountered a heckler who abruptly shouted, “Nikki?”
“Sure,” replied the former South Carolina governor.
Laughter filled the room when a man in the crowd asked, “Will you marry me?”, causing Haley to join in.
Nikki Haley, the potential Republican candidate for the 2024 presidential race, is currently married to Maj. Michael Haley. Maj. Haley is a member of the National Guard and is currently deployed in Djibouti on a year-long mission.
Haley inquired of her suitor, “Will you cast your vote in my favor?”
As she was about to resume discussing the challenges confronting the United States, the man interjected once more.
Amidst a chorus of boos, he boldly declared, “I am casting my vote for Trump.”
“Haley exclaimed, “Oh, please leave!”
Haley secured a respectable third place in the Iowa caucus, where Donald Trump demonstrated a significant lead over his rivals. Stepping down from the race, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, a Republican, made a surprising move by suspending his campaign mere days before the New Hampshire primary. DeSantis didn’t miss the chance to take a dig at Haley while endorsing Trump in his announcement.
In most polls conducted in the state, Trump has maintained a considerable lead leading up to Tuesday’s election.
During a Monday interview with Fox News, Haley emphasized the importance of taking a slow and steady approach, highlighting that it is this approach that leads to success.
“I think it’s about time for everyone to acknowledge that I actually won this race, and you’ll have to accept it when I say ‘I told you so,'” she confidently stated. “After all, as the saying goes, ‘slow and steady wins the race.'”
