According to FlightAware, Southern Airways Express Flight 24 was en route to Lancaster, Pennsylvania when it unexpectedly made a landing on Loudoun County Parkway.
According to the flight tracker platform, the plane left Dulles at 12:45 p.m. and touched down on the roadway at 12:47 p.m.
