Stephen King has a strong message for those considering voting for Donald Trump in the upcoming 2024 presidential election.
President Joe Biden and Trump have officially confirmed a rematch after successfully securing the necessary delegates on Tuesday.
According to aggregator FiveThirtyEight, recent polls indicate that Biden is trailing behind Trump less than eight months before the November elections. The president, on the other hand, is experiencing his lowest-ever average approval rating of 37.4 percent. A survey conducted by Redfield & Wilton Strategies on March 2 among 1,500 eligible U.S. voters revealed that 45 percent of respondents said they would support Joe Biden ending his reelection campaign.
King has recently expressed his thoughts on X, previously known as Twitter, in a message aimed directly at those who voted for Biden in the 2020 election. When reached for comment, spokespeople for King and Trump were contacted by Newsweek via email on Friday.

“In his recent post on X, Stephen King reminds those who voted for Biden in 2020 and are considering voting for Trump this time to remember an important fact: Trump attempted to nullify your vote for Biden in his pursuit of power,” King wrote on Thursday. This particular post has already garnered over 662,000 views as of now.
After the election was called in 2020, Trump accused the Democrats of trying to commit fraud and steal the election from him. He alleged political corruption and machine tampering, and made efforts to overturn the election. These actions eventually led to the January 6, 2021 United States Capitol attack by Trump supporters. Despite denying any wrongdoing, the courts found his claims to be false.
Trump supporters frequently express their dissenting views in the comment section of King’s posts, and this particular post was no exception.

However, not everyone shared the same opinion. One commenter, X, expressed their gratitude by saying, “Thank you, Stephen, for reminding us of the truth.”

In a recent development, the renowned horror author shared a video on social media. The footage captured a woman singing at the Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida, which was previously owned by the former president. Interestingly, it appears that Trump was observed gazing at the woman in the video.
In the comments section, a longer clip was shared to provide additional context. In this clip, Trump can be seen reacting to the woman’s impressive singing note.

King became a member of the Democratic Party in 1970 and has been a vocal opponent of Trump since before the 77-year-old businessman was elected as the president in 2016.
