The ninth annual Safest Cities report has been released by the SafeWise Team. By analyzing FBI crime data, the site has compiled a list of the safest cities in each of the 50 states.
Warrior has emerged as the safest community in Alabama, with the lowest per capita crime rate.
Warrior, a northern suburb of Birmingham, is situated in Jefferson and Blount Counties. The population of the city stood at 3,224 residents as per the 2020 census.
The list of safest communities in the state for 2023 also includes several other cities and towns.

According to their report, it was revealed that Alabama experienced a significant increase in both property crimes and violent crimes from one year to the next. As a result, Alabama now ranks fourth in terms of highest violent crime rates and seventh in terms of property crime rates.
