Aiexpress – Authorities in North Freedom, Wisconsin, have taken two minors into custody for their alleged involvement in a series of thefts. The Sauk County Sheriff’s Office announced on Wednesday that a 12-year-old and a 16-year-old have been arrested in connection with the incidents that occurred within the village.
The two juveniles were apprehended by deputies when they made an attempt to enter a person’s vehicle. Upon searching the residence of one of the juveniles, officials discovered stolen items from an unlocked vehicle theft on December 24, 2023, and a vehicle theft on January 13, 2024.
Authorities are currently conducting an ongoing investigation. Residents are urged to ensure that their vehicles are locked when left unattended and to promptly report any suspicious activities or individuals to the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office.
