A frantic search is underway for a missing teen from Oregon after she leaves her house in freezing temperatures without taking her phone, wallet, or medication

A search is currently underway for a missing teenager from Oregon who was last seen entering an unknown vehicle in the Estacada and Eagle Creek area. The authorities at the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office are actively looking for 17-year-old Breauna Vaughn, who left her home on Thursday in extremely cold weather conditions without her money, coat, phone, or medications. This information has been reported by RadarOnline.com.

Law enforcement officials describe Vaughn as a person standing at a height of 5 feet, 6 inches, weighing approximately 115 lbs., with brown eyes and blonde hair.

According to the sheriff’s office, the suspect is described as wearing a black hat, white hooded sweatshirt, black vest, and dark jeans.

Authorities have stated that she “left home without a phone, money, coat, or medications,” adding a sense of urgency to the ongoing search. In an effort to find her, posters have been distributed in the local area, urging residents to stay vigilant and review their home surveillance footage for any potential sightings that occurred between 3:15 and 4:30 PM.

One poster stated that they were looking for Bree, who had gotten out of one vehicle, walked a unknown distance nearby, and then got into a second vehicle.

Tyler Vaughn, the brother of the missing girl, took to social media to plead for his sister’s safe return.

“Please, if you have any information, help us bring her home. We believe that someone out there knows something. Any information, no matter how small, could make a difference. You can contact us at the provided phone number. Your help is greatly appreciated.”

Many individuals have taken to sharing the post, urging everyone to remain vigilant.

“I know her from school, she’s a really good person. I hope she’s been found,” one person shared. Another person expressed concern, saying, “Someone must have some information and they should do the right thing! It’s been too long for a young woman to be away from her family.”

A third person expressed their concern, saying, “I’m sorry to hear about this. I hope she is found.”

If you have any information about her whereabouts, please contact the police department’s non-emergency phone number at 503-655-8211 or call 911.

Vaughn’s sudden disappearance follows closely on the heels of another unsettling incident involving a teenager from Oregon. Emily Brallier, a 16-year-old student at Franklin High School, was last spotted leaving the premises on January 2. However, she never made it back to her residence near Southeast Woodstock Boulevard and Southeast 65th Avenue. The Portland Police Bureau expressed deep concern for Emily’s well-being, especially because she was not taking her prescribed medication at the time.

In an update released on January 5, the Missing Persons Unit of the Portland Police Bureau informed that Brallier had been found the previous night in Hillsboro. The authorities expressed their gratitude to everyone who assisted in the search for her.
