Marissa Carmichael, a resident of High Point, was spotted at an Exxon station on the morning of January 14 in Greensboro, according to the local police.

Carmichael’s family informed the authorities that she departed from the One 17 Sofa Bar and Lounge in the company of someone on Sunday. A few hours later, at around 3:40 a.m., she dialed 911 from a nearby gas station to report that she had been robbed, as reported by the Greensboro News & Record.

According to the paper, she claimed that someone in the car with her instructed her to enter the store and “grab some stuff.” However, as soon as she entered, the individual in the car allegedly drove away, leaving her stranded.

Less than thirty minutes later, a police officer arrived at the store to check on Carmichael’s whereabouts. However, to the officer’s surprise, Carmichael was not present. According to the newspaper, the store clerk informed the police that Carmichael had left the store with another customer, who kindly offered her a ride.

Carmichael has not been seen since. The police investigation is still ongoing.

Carmichael’s family, on the other hand, has been spreading a poster appealing for any information about her location. They have also shared details about two individuals whom they believe might have knowledge about her disappearance.

According to Emma Villegas, the sister of the individuals involved, she believes that the stories provided by both guys do not align and that one of them is withholding certain details about the incident.

Carmichael’s sister described her last known outfit as a white T-shirt adorned with a vibrant, eye-catching flower, paired with light blue jeans and yellow Nike sneakers featuring a “Spongebob” design.
