President Joe Biden reached out to Nikki Haley’s supporters immediately following her decision to withdraw from the Republican presidential primary on Wednesday.
Running for President requires a great deal of courage, especially within the current Republican Party, where few are willing to speak out against Donald Trump. Nikki Haley showed that courage by speaking the truth about Trump, highlighting the chaos that always seems to follow him and his inability to distinguish right from wrong. Additionally, she criticized his submissive attitude towards Vladimir Putin. President Biden acknowledged Haley’s bravery and expressed his desire to welcome her supporters into his campaign, contrasting with Trump’s apparent disinterest in them.

In a striking contrast to Trump’s actions, Biden reached out to Haley even as she approached the podium to drop out of the race, showing a different approach to politics.
Trump wasted no time in expressing his satisfaction with Nikki Haley’s defeat. In a bold declaration, he stated, “Nikki Haley got trounced last night, in record-setting fashion.” Trump’s hope is that Haley remains in the race and fights until the very end.
Trump eventually encouraged Haley’s voters to join his campaign, inviting them to be a part of what he called “the greatest movement in the history of our Nation.”
On Wednesday, Haley refrained from endorsing Trump and instead encouraged him to earn the support of her followers.
