Aiexpress – On Sunday night, there was a pursuit on the west side of Indianapolis as authorities searched for carjackers.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department reported that the incident began at approximately 8 p.m. on Sunday with a carjacking in the 9200 block of Warrington Drive. The suspects then led officers on a brief pursuit, which concluded with a minor crash.
Afterward, the individuals exited the car and fled on foot, prompting an extensive search.
There was a significant law enforcement presence observed by the Avon Police Department near the Linden Square Apartments, located off 10th Street. This area is in close proximity to where the carjacking incident was reported.
Avon officers provided assistance to IMPD in their search operation for the suspects, but unfortunately, they were unable to locate them.
The investigation into the case is still ongoing.
