Ten-year-old JoeJoe Rankin and his mother’s boyfriend, Jatonio Williams, tragically lost their lives in a shooting incident as they were heading home shortly before midnight last June.

According to WKRG, family members had initially speculated that the incident was a case of home invasion.

According to News 5, Brock expressed his doubts about Fantroy’s ease of integration due to his criminal record.
