Aiexpress – Tesla CEO Elon Musk has expressed alarm over what he considers a “flood” of illegal immigrants entering the United States. He expressed his ideas in this post on X, causing controversy.
“Dams are bursting all over the country. America is only four percent of Earth’s population. If only one percent of the rest of Earth moves here, that would crush all essential services,” the tech entrepreneur said.
He added, “I am ringing the alarm bell because the flood of illegals is crushing the country! ” Musk has been openly critical of how the Joe Biden administration is managing the border crisis, with many states struggling to accommodate new arrivals.
Earlier this month, Musk shared a 2021 news headline on X that revealed President Biden’s plan to grant legal status to approximately 11 million individuals. Musk stated, “Biden’s strategy is very simple” and “1. Get as many illegals into the country as possible.” 2. Make them legal in order to establish a one-party state with a permanent majority.
He concluded, “That is why they promote so much illegal immigration.” Simple but effective.”
President Biden said on Monday that he will visit Texas on Thursday, the same day that his likely presidential election opponent Donald Trump will visit the border, according to The Express.
The pressure on Biden to enact a stricter migration policy has risen with a recent surge in Border Patrol confrontations.
Brandon Judd, the head of the National Border Patrol Council, was dissatisfied with Biden’s visit. He claimed it was just for show and that the president had plenty of time to devise a good plan to combat illegal immigration.
Judd commented, “He had three years to protect the border.” He had three years to implement policies.
The Border Patrol union’s president stated that Biden might have prevented so many people from crossing by reintroducing the “remain in Mexico” rule. This rule required those who wanted to live in the United States to wait in Mexico until their court date.
However, Judd believes the president is hesitant to reinstate the restriction because he does not want to offend his political supporters.
“If you look at the base of support, and even though he’s underwater in the polling, there are still 30 percent of the public that thinks that he’s doing the right thing on border security,” he said to Fox News in an interview.
