Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee denied Rudy Giuliani’s request to extend motions pertaining to his election interference case in Georgia. McAfee stated that Giuliani did not clearly specify what discovery still needed to be reviewed to warrant an extension. McAfee noted that although Giuliani claimed to have filed many discovery-related motions, none of them appeared on the docket. Giuliani, along with 18 others, including former President Donald Trump, was indicted for allegedly conspiring to interfere in the 2020 election.
