Aiexpress – Kansas City authorities have reached out to the public for assistance in locating a missing woman and her 5-year-old son, who may be in danger.
Jessica Martinez, 43, and her son Jacob Martinez were last spotted at approximately 5 p.m. in the 7800 block of East 67th Street, as reported by the Kansas City police and the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
According to authorities, the duo departed the vicinity in a dark blue Chevrolet pickup truck equipped with a ladder rack. Reports suggest that they were accompanied by 45-year-old Kelly Phelps, a man known for his prior involvement in cases of domestic violence.
Police have not yet confirmed whether Jessica and Jacob Martinez were willingly with Phelps.
Jessica Martinez was last seen dressed in a white T-shirt and blue jeans. Her son, on the other hand, was wearing a blue T-shirt adorned with a dinosaur print, paired with blue pants.
