A man responsible for a fatal crash in 2022 that claimed the life of a woman and injured two others has been sentenced to prison.
On November 7, Armon Richardson made the decision to withdraw his previous plea of not guilty and instead pleaded guilty to charges of Aggravated Vehicular Homicide and Vehicular Assault, as stated in court records.
Richardson returned to court on December 18th, where Judge Ian English handed down a six-year prison sentence.
Richardson was taken into custody almost a year after the accident, as stated in court records. During his bond hearing, he was granted release on an SOR bond and was instructed to wear an ankle monitor.
