Aiexpress – Nikki Haley expressed her disapproval of Donald Trump’s decision to run for president despite facing 91 felony counts.
Nikki Haley, the former governor of South Carolina, has openly expressed her “serious concerns” about both Donald Trump and President Joe Biden. Despite her reservations, she remains committed to staying in the race for the betterment of the country.
“I’m doing what I believe 70% of Americans want me to do,” she explained, referring to a recent poll that said seven out of 10 Americans did not want the election to be between Trump and Biden.
“You have to see the writing on the wall , you have to see the hole in the ship,” she continued. “And if you don’t see the hole in the ship, we’re all going to go down.”
“This may be his survival mode to pay his legal fees and get out of some sort of legal peril , but this is like suicide for our country,” the 52-year-old added. “We’ve got to realize that if we don’t have someone who can win a general election, all we are doing is caving to the socialist left.”
In a previous report by OK!, it was revealed that Trump has become the first current or former U.S. president to be confronted with criminal charges. The embattled politician has faced four indictments in 2023, spanning across D.C., New York, Florida, and Georgia.
Former President Donald Trump, who is now 77 years old, has also encountered multiple civil suits throughout his career. One notable case involved a lawsuit filed by writer E. Jean Carroll, in which he was found responsible for sexual abuse and defamation. As a result, he was ordered to pay a substantial sum of over $80 million in damages. Furthermore, Trump was held accountable for fraud in the state of New York after misrepresenting the value of his properties, including Mar-a-Lago, in financial documents.
As his legal troubles continue to mount, Trump has been advocating for granting presidents “full immunity” and dismissing the cases against him.
In a recent statement to Truth Social, I highlighted the clear and strict rules set by the Department of Injustice. These rules explicitly state that prosecuting a political opponent or anyone else in the midst of their campaign is not permissible. It raises the question of why these false charges were not brought up three years ago. It seems that the intention was for these trials to coincide with my presidential campaign in 2024, aiming to create obstacles for me.
He concluded by stating that all of these fake political prosecutions (persecutions!) of Crooked Joe Biden’s political opponent must be immediately halted.
