Police: 2 Teens To Be Charged As Adults In Connection To Toddler’s Murder In Langley Park

Aiexpress – Last week’s tragic Maryland shootout, which resulted in the death of a two-year-old child and left his mother hospitalized, has led to the arrest of two more suspects. These individuals, who are teenagers, are being charged as adults in connection with the incident.

Israel Fuentes, Jr., 33, and Johnny Alejandro Turcios, 28, both residents of Lewisdale, have been arrested and charged with first-degree murder for their involvement in the death of Jeremy Poou-Caceres on Feb. 8, as reported by Daily Voice.

The Prince George’s Police Department recently shared pictures of two more individuals who are of interest in relation to the shooting incident. The release of these photos ultimately resulted in the identification and apprehension of two teenagers, one aged 15 from Takoma Park and the other aged 16 from Hyattsville. It is worth noting that both individuals have been charged as adults.

The Department of Corrections has taken custody of the teens, who were arrested on Thursday, February 15th.

Four individuals have been apprehended in relation to the tragic death of Jeremy. In the meantime, a GoFundMe campaign established to assist with the funeral costs of the beloved child has already amassed over $7,000 as of Friday, Feb. 16.
