Dive teams and fire departments from various locations in North Jersey swiftly came to the Hackensack River along the eastern spur of the New Jersey Turnpike. They successfully located the man at around 5:30 p.m., according to Suarez. At this time, the man’s identity has not been disclosed.
The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide Unit is collaborating with law enforcement agencies across the state to determine the identity of the man, according to Suarez.
