On Sunday, December 17, an individual was transported to the hospital following an assault at a business located off of I-25, as reported by the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD).
According to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), officers were called to a parking lot near 400 West Fillmore Street, close to I-25 and Mark Dabling Boulevard, around 8:45 p.m. on Sunday in response to an assault. The police were informed that an employee of a business had confronted a theft suspect and was purportedly struck by the suspect’s vehicle.
