A driver has been arrested by the police after a hit-and-run incident in the New Castle area, where a mother found her daughter in the road.

According to Anitra Johnson, on September 26, 2023, Tamika Brown, a clerk at Christiana Hospital’s emergency room, ended up in the ER even though she was not working at the time.

Jada Symone Brown-Howard’s mother revealed that her daughter had dreams of working in labor and delivery as a nursing student.
