The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) is currently searching for a suspect who has allegedly assaulted a man using a piece of lumber.
On December 7, at approximately 3 p.m., a violent attack took place in Southeast, D.C. specifically at the 2300 block of Mount View Place.
If you have any information regarding this attack or if you can identify the suspect, please contact MPD at (202) 727-9099. The department is willing to offer a reward of up to $1,000 to anyone who provides information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect.
